Role Description The Associate Director Quality RCM is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing quality programs across revenue cycle management operations. This role leads the design, implementation, and refinement of quality assurance frameworks, policies, and metrics to ensure consistent, high-quality performance in RCM processes. Day-to-day activities include directing quality audits, analyzing quality data, identifying trends and root causes, and driving corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with operations and leadership teams. The Associate Director will coordinate cross-functional quality initiatives, develop standard operating procedures, and support training for teams on quality best practices. This role also involves monitoring supplier and partner performance, preparing quality reports for senior leadership, and contributing to continuous improvement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and operational outcomes.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Quality Management and Quality Assurance within revenue cycle or healthcare operations.
Strong experience in Quality Control and Quality Auditing, including developing testing protocols, sampling plans, and performance dashboards.
Exposure to Supplier Quality oversight, including monitoring performance standards and driving improvement with external partners or vendors.
Proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies to interpret quality metrics and inform decision-making.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex quality findings clearly and persuasively.
Experience in healthcare RCM or related healthcare operations strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, CQE) are a plus.
Comfort working in a remote environment with strong self-management, organization, and time-management skills.
