Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spa Therapist role based in Bangalore and hubli. The Spa Therapist will provide a range of spa treatments, including facials, pedicures, and other cosmetology services, following established protocols and hygiene standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, maintaining cleanliness and safety, managing client appointments, and recommending appropriate treatments or products. The role involves delivering attentive customer service, understanding client needs, and ensuring a relaxing and professional spa experience. The Spa Therapist will also collaborate with colleagues to support smooth operations and assist with basic reception or service coordination tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Strong skills in spa treatments and pedicures, with the ability to perform services safely and effectively.
Knowledge of cosmetology practices and techniques, with attention to hygiene and industry standards.
Experience delivering facials and related skincare services tailored to client needs.
Proven customer service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and professional conduct.
Relevant certification or training in spa therapy, beauty, or cosmetology is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, stand for extended periods, and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
Basic understanding of wellness and self-care practices; previous experience in a spa or salon environment is an advantage.
