You get dropped into a team with a number that isn't moving. You move it. With AI. In six weeks. Then you rotate to the next one.
No dashboards. No specs handed to you. You sit with the team, find the real problem, and build the fix yourself — an agent, a workflow, a scoring model, an automation that saves real hours.
You drive adoption in person. You hand off with a named owner and a runbook. You write a one-page memo with a ₹ number that Finance signs off on.
Then you do it again. ~6 times a year.
By Year 1: 6 projects shipped, verified impact ≥6x your cost, function heads asking for you by name.
We're looking for:
🔹 Tier 1 engineering grad, 0–2 years out
🔹 Ex-product, ex-consulting, or built an AI initiative end to end
🔹 Something you've shipped with AI that someone else actually used — not drafts, not summaries
🔹 SQL + spreadsheets at working fluency — you pull your own data
🔹 Sharp, short writing — the memo is the job
