About the Role
AarieTech is looking for an experienced Veeva CRM / Vault CRM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in configuration, customization, administration, integrations, and solution design within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, and Biotech environments.
The ideal candidate will combine deep Veeva platform knowledge with a strong understanding of commercial processes and regulatory/compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, customize, and administer Veeva CRM / Vault CRM solutions.
Manage CRM objects, workflows, business rules, layouts, profiles, permissions, and related platform components.
Translate business requirements into scalable and compliant CRM solutions.
Support Life Sciences commercial processes including:
HCP / HCO Management
Call Planning
Detailing
Sampling
Activity Management
Compliance Processes
Design and support integrations across Veeva CRM / Vault CRM environments.
Perform data migration, validation, troubleshooting, and production support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and technical teams.
Participate in solution design, system enhancements, testing, deployments, and ongoing application support.
Ensure solutions align with platform best practices and Life Sciences compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of overall experience in CRM, Life Sciences technology, or enterprise application delivery.
Strong hands-on experience with Veeva CRM and/or Vault CRM.
Veeva certification preferred; certified candidates strongly encouraged.

Strong understanding of Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, and Biotech commercial processes.
Experience with HCP/HCO management, call planning, detailing, sampling, and compliance requirements.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting enterprise-scale Veeva CRM / Vault CRM implementations.
Experience working with regulated Life Sciences environments.
Strong understanding of integration patterns and data flows.
Experience working with cross-functional onsite/offshore teams.
