Job Responsibilities
Prepare RCC & Structural Steel GA/detail drawings for industrial projects.
Prepare foundation, pile cap, pedestal, ground beam, equipment foundation, column, beam and slab drawings.
Prepare structural steel framing, connection, platform, staircase, ladder and miscellaneous steel drawings.
Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off and material quantity statements for Civil & Structural works.
Prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and reinforcement detailing for RCC structures.
Prepare ductile detailing of reinforcement as per relevant design requirements and codes.
Prepare As-Built drawings and incorporate design/site revisions.
Read and interpret engineering calculations, sketches and mark-ups.
Coordinate drawings with Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
Ensure drawing accuracy, proper detailing, revision control and timely submission.
Required Skills
AutoCAD 2D – Mandatory
Strong knowledge of RCC & Structural Steel detailing
BOQ / Quantity Take-off / BBS preparation
Ductile reinforcement detailing
MS Excel
Ability to read engineering drawings and calculations
Knowledge of industrial/EPC projects preferred
Revit / STAAD.Pro knowledge will be an advantage
Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. / ITI – Civil Engineering
Preferred Experience: Steel Plant, Rolling Mill, Cement, Power, Petrochemical, Coal Washery, PEB or other Industrial/EPC projects.
