Role Description The Technology Evangelist contract role at MetaMe is a remote position focused on championing MetaMe’s technology vision and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospects and partners to explain technical capabilities, leading product demonstrations, and supporting presales efforts by translating complex concepts into accessible language. The role involves collaborating with software development and integration teams to understand product features, creating technical and strategic content, and providing feedback on user needs and market trends. The Technology Evangelist will participate in virtual events, webinars, and meetings to advocate for best practices, gather input from stakeholders, and help guide technology adoption strategies. This position is ideal for someone who can combine technical depth with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Software Development and Programming, with the ability to understand and explain technical architectures and product capabilities.
Experience in Presales and technical solution presentation, including building demos, responding to technical inquiries, and supporting sales discussions.
Hands-on familiarity with Integration concepts and practices, such as APIs, data flows, and connecting systems across platforms.
Proven ability to contribute to Strategy, including positioning technology solutions, identifying market opportunities, and aligning technical roadmaps with business goals.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to address technical and non-technical audiences clearly and confidently.
Comfort working in a fully remote, collaborative environment, managing time effectively, and using online tools to coordinate with distributed teams.
Prior experience in a technology evangelist, solutions engineer, developer advocate, or similar role is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
