We’re partnering with a fast-growing, AI-native fintech company that is transforming a large, complex financial services market. Their platform leverages advanced AI to automate workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enable customers to scale rapidly.
The business is well-funded, fully remote, and experiencing significant growth as they expand both their engineering and product teams.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to take full ownership of a product area end-to-end. This is a highly hands-on, builder-focused role - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape products from the ground up.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to define, build, and iterate on high-impact products.
What You’ll Do
Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, roadmap, delivery, and iteration
Engage directly with customers to identify pain points and opportunities
Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and technical direction
Prototype and validate ideas using AI-driven tools
Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality solutions quickly
Define success metrics and iterate based on outcomes
Collaborate with commercial teams to support product positioning and customer adoption
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years of experience in Product Management or closely related roles
Proven experience building and launching 0→1 products in a startup or growth-stage environment
Strong technical fluency - comfortable working closely with engineers and discussing architecture
Experience with B2B SaaS products
Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
Nice to have:
Founder or early-stage startup experience
Experience working with AI/LLM-based products
Background in fintech or complex workflow-driven systems
