Role Description The Sales Attendant role at Puro Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Sales Attendant will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting suitable wellness products, ensuring a professional and friendly experience. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, replenishing stock, keeping the store clean and organized, and handling basic billing and cash transactions. The role also involves answering customer queries, sharing accurate product information, and supporting promotional activities within the store. The Sales Attendant will work closely with the store team to meet sales targets and uphold company standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse customers.
Candidates should possess basic sales and retail skills, including product demonstration, upselling, and assisting customers in making informed purchase decisions.
Candidates should possess basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, and be comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems or learning store billing software.

A minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred; proficiency in local languages and basic English will be an advantage.
