Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive (0–2 Years) will work full time on-site at Candent SEO’s office in Patna. This role involves performing keyword research, optimizing website content and structure for on-page SEO, and assisting with link-building campaigns to improve search engine rankings. The individual will conduct SEO audits, monitor website performance, and prepare basic reports on traffic, rankings, and key metrics. Daily tasks also include coordinating with content and social media teams, supporting social media marketing activities, and staying informed about SEO best practices and algorithm updates.
Qualifications
Ability to perform effective Keyword Research and understand search intent and competitor landscapes.
Working knowledge of On-Page SEO techniques, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
Basic experience or strong interest in Link Building, outreach, and ethical off-page SEO practices.
Familiarity with SEO Audits, including identifying technical issues, content gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Understanding of Social Media Marketing and how social signals can support overall SEO and brand visibility.
Comfort using common SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research tools) and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment, manage time effectively, and learn new SEO techniques quickly.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital marketing.
