The Director, Delivery Manager is a leadership role responsible for leading end-to-end delivery across groups and translating platform strategies into actionable delivery plans. With global, cross-platform scope, this position provides direct people leadership to managers and teams, partnering closely with Platform, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver client-centric solutions, drive AI-driven transformation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end delivery across groups; translate platform strategies into actionable delivery plans.
-Own integrated delivery plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with OKRs and strategic vision.
-Oversee PI Planning and cross-platform synchronization, ensuring delivery conforms to enterprise standards.
-Align work demand to resource capacity and assist with resource planning across global teams.
-Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices, championing innovation and adaptability.
-Deliver solutions that enable client success and industry thought leadership.
-Optimize decision-making processes and adopt a solution mindset to overcome challenges.
-Build strategic partnerships across the firm, fostering collaboration and inclusion.
-Execute strategic change at scale, delivering measurable commercial impact.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in business, technology, or related field preferred.
Proven track record in leadership roles within delivery, operations, or technology.
Demonstrated experience leading global, cross-functional teams and delivery programs.
Strong understanding of AI-driven transformation, data analytics, and enterprise delivery standards.
Excellent communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience:
Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity managing teams.
Experience in managing large-scale, cross-platform delivery initiatives and driving commercial impact.
Background in building and leading high-performing teams in a global environment.
