Vice President of Product Strategy

Role Description The Vice President of Product Strategy is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and driving product vision, roadmap, and market positioning across the company’s medical equipment portfolio. This role oversees product strategy development, evaluates market trends and customer needs, and ensures alignment with overall business objectives. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product management, sales, marketing, and finance teams to prioritize initiatives, assess product performance, and identify growth opportunities. The VP will lead strategic planning cycles, guide pricing and portfolio decisions, and support key customer and partner discussions to strengthen competitive advantage. This role also involves mentoring cross-functional teams, setting measurable goals, and ensuring products meet regulatory, quality, and commercial expectations.
Qualifications
Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, including defining vision, roadmap, and portfolio priorities.
Advanced Analytical Skills for market analysis, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience in Strategic Planning, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product initiatives.
Solid understanding of Finance related to product P&L, pricing, margins, and investment decisions.
Proven leadership experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related technology sectors.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
