What You Bring
Your Background:
Active Property & Casualty license
A proven production history and an established or transportable book of business, typically 5+ years of producer experience.
A track record of consistent new business production, with references or results that can be verified
Working knowledge of coverage forms, exposures, and marketing strategy across your primary lines of business
Valuable Additions:
A track record of production awards or top-producer recognition
Deep relationships within a specific niche or vertical (construction, habitational, healthcare, or similar)
An existing referral network or centers of influence that travel with you
