Account Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer focused Account Manager to manage key customer relationships, drive sales growth and coordinate order execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage customer relationships and assigned accounts.
· Identify new sales opportunities and generate business.
· Prepare quotations, proposals, negotiations and follow-ups.
· Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams on orders and deliveries.
· Monitor customer requirements, orders, deliveries and payment status.
· Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
· Support customer retention and develop long-term business relationships.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation, Business Management or a related field.
· 3+ years of relevant experience in sales or account manager, preferably in the aviation industry.
· Strong communication, negotiation, leadership. and problem-solving skills.
· Good knowledge of computer applications and usage of Microsoft office packages.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
