Oracle Technical Consultant

REQUIREMENT
Position: Oracle CX CRM Developer
Location: Remote (India)
Duration: 12 months Contract (Extendable)
The resource will work on Oracle CX Sales and Service object customization, workflow, custom object definition, Groovy script writing, report development using OTBI Analytics Cloud, and integration development using SOAP/REST APIs.
Resource would be primarily working as a technical resource handling developments in Oracle CX CRM in CLOUD environment.
Working experience in developing custom objects in Oracle CX
Resource should have capabilities to understand Business and System requirements and design the technical and High level design of applications/services.
Responsibilities:
1. Experience on SaaS applications – Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud (Part of Engagement Cloud), Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua). Exposure to development of other Free zone modules like Customer Service, Registration, Leasing, Licensing & ADMIN in CX Cloud can be deciding factor for selection for this role.
2. Good Knowledge on all modules of Oracle Engagement Cloud.
3. Should have worked extensively in Application Composer for creation of new objects, extensions
to standard objects.
4. Proficiency GROOVY Scripting MUST.
5. Proficiency in redwood development is a MUST.
6. Working knowledge in VBCS, ICS components is a must
7. Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.
8. Understanding of Cloud Architecture.
9. Should have knowledge on Data Migration.
10. Hands-on Experience with Third party application integration leveraging SOAP/REST APIs.
11. Responsible for Customer Production Support, tracking-incidents, replication, troubleshooting and resolution of critical production calls.
12. Change Management
13. Proficient in Groovy Scripting, Mobile and Outlook Integration and Object Customization. Should be able to build workflows, triggers, and Field Updates.
14. Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud.
15. Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle CPQ is an advantage.
