Management aims to balance the interests of the company, clients, and employees through effective budgeting, performance evaluation, decentralized regional management, and efficient asset utilization.
Role Description The Director at KMAS-SA is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational performance of the restaurant brands. This role involves developing and executing business plans, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations. The Director will guide regional and functional leaders, set performance goals, and review operational metrics to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include leading cross-functional meetings, making data-driven decisions on resource allocation, and implementing technology and process improvements. The Director will also foster a positive work environment, support employee development initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills, with experience guiding multi-location or multi-brand operations.
Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management, including cost control and revenue optimization.
Experience in operations management, process improvement, and resource utilization, ideally within hospitality, food service, or retail.
Skills in performance evaluation, data analysis, and KPI tracking to support informed and timely decision-making.
Ability to drive change, adopt new technologies, and manage projects that enhance productivity and service quality.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities in a culturally diverse environment.
Demonstrated commitment to employee welfare, training, and professional development initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
Proven experience in a senior leadership or director-level role, with remote management experience considered beneficial.
