About the Role
PayRupy is looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern who is passionate about building real-world technology and wants hands-on exposure to FinTech, Digital Payments and scalable applications.
You will work closely with our technology team to build, improve and maintain PayRupy's products and internal platforms.
This is a 3–6 month paid internship with an opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain web applications and backend services.
Build responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces.
Develop REST APIs and backend services.
Work with databases, data models and integrations.
Integrate third-party APIs and payment-related services.
Write clean, scalable and maintainable code.
Debug issues, troubleshoot applications and improve performance.
Participate in testing, deployment and production support.
Work with Git/GitHub and follow development best practices.
Collaborate with Product, Operations and Technology teams.
Learn and contribute to payment and FinTech technology infrastructure.
Technical Skills
Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js / Angular / Vue.js
Backend: Node.js / Python / Java / PHP
Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
API: REST APIs, JSON, third-party API integrations
Tools: Git, GitHub, Postman
Strong fundamentals in at least one frontend and one backend technology are required. Knowledge of the complete stack is an advantage.
Who We’re Looking For
B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA or equivalent technical background.
Freshers, final-year students or candidates with relevant project experience.
Strong understanding of programming fundamentals.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Good understanding of APIs, databases and software development.
Passion for building products and solving real-world problems.
Interest in FinTech, Payments, APIs and scalable technology is a plus.
