Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage GO 95 repair projects from identification through completion and financial closeout.
Conduct daily reviews with vendors and contractors to monitor repair progress and validate project status.
Coordinate active and upcoming repair work across multiple sites, crews, and utility stakeholders.
Review project documentation and perform quality control checks before and after work dispatch.
Track project budgets, expenses, vendor invoices, and financial reconciliation throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage shared inboxes and incoming requests, converting actionable items into Smartsheet tracking workflows.
Review third-party notifications and generate required tickets for utilities and field teams.
Investigate pole-not-found reports and incorrect pole-tag records by validating information against utility databases and OSPI records.
Maintain project schedules, repair backlogs, status reports, and compliance documentation.
Escalate project risks, schedule delays, vendor issues, and data-quality concerns as needed.
Work closely with utility companies, contractors, engineering teams, and internal operations staff to ensure project completion.
Develop and maintain reporting around project performance, quality metrics, schedule adherence, and financial health.
Support process improvements focused on workflow efficiency, vendor accountability, data accuracy, and communication standards.
Must Haves:
3+ years of Project Management, Project Coordination, Utility Operations, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or Engineering support experience.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience coordinating external vendors, contractors, or field operations teams.
Strong understanding of project schedules, milestones, and issue resolution.
Advanced organizational and communication skills.
Experience using Excel for reporting, tracking, and analysis.
Strong attention to detail and ability to review operational data for accuracy.
Experience tracking project costs, budgets, invoices, and financial reporting.
Compensation:
$40/hr - $44/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
