The Role
We are looking for hardcore B2B Enterprise Sales professionals to drive new business. This is a high-octane, hands-on hunting role for individuals who know how to pitch, negotiate, and close technology solutions to medium and large organizations.
🚨 Note: This is a strictly on-site role in Noida. Please apply only if your CTC expectations align with the ₹4–6 LPA bracket and you can join within 15 days.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Hunting: Independently prospect, cold-call, and map target enterprise accounts in the Noida/NCR region.
End-to-End Sales: Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation, discovery, and high-impact product demos to commercial negotiation and closure.
Consultative Selling: Pitch value and business outcomes (ROI, efficiency, compliance) rather than just software features to senior stakeholders.
Deal Structuring: Prepare winning enterprise proposals, commercial quotations, and navigate RFP/RFQ responses.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate Profile)
Hardcore SaaS/Asset Sales: 2 to 5 years of proven experience selling Enterprise SaaS, Asset Management, CMMS, CAFM, PropTech, or Smart Building solutions.
Target Persona Mapping: Prior experience selling directly to Facility Heads, Admin Heads, Operations Heads, Property Managers, and Procurement/IT teams.
Deals Closed: A track record of closing B2B deals with large enterprises, MNCs, large campuses, or commercial real estate clients.
Skills: Mastery in prospecting, consultative solution selling, pipeline management, and aggressive closing techniques.
