Role Description The Analyst role at Triplenine Group Pty Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Analyst will collect, validate, and interpret operational, financial, and project-related data to support decision-making across design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, analyzing trends in project performance, costs, and resource utilization, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and quality. The role will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and management teams to translate data findings into practical recommendations and support planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Analyst will also help document processes, maintain data integrity, and contribute to the development of standardized metrics and reporting frameworks.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with data analysis, reporting, and business performance metrics.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, basic BI or dashboard tools) and comfort working with large datasets.
Ability to interpret technical and operational information, preferably with exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or industrial project environments.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings in a clear, structured way to diverse stakeholders.
Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; relevant experience in analysis or operations support is an advantage.
Comfort working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and a practical, solution-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
Familiarity with project management concepts, cost analysis, or process optimization methods (e.g., Lean, basic industrial engineering) is beneficial.
