For the PM position, we are looking for candidates who can manage projects from start to finish and coordinate effectively across customers, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, and site
teams.
Key qualifications and responsibilities:
- Project management experience, preferably in construction, data centers, structural/racking, MEP, or a related industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or sites at the same time and keep schedules, deliverables, and open items organized.
- Experience coordinating with clients, GCs, engineers, vendors, and
internal teams.
- Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, BIM coordination, and construction drawings. Procore experience is preferred.
- Ability to track manufacturing, delivery, installation, missing/damaged items, and other site-related issues through completion.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to identify risks early and escalate issues when needed.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- PMP is a plus, but practical project delivery experience and the ability to independently manage projects are more important.
- Must be comfortable with occasional travel and site visits when required.
For our current hiring plan, location is also important. We especially need PM coverage around the followingairport/market areas:
- RNO – Reno, Nevada
- CMH – Columbus, Ohio
- PNE – Philadelphia / Northeast Philadelphia area
- JAN – Jackson, Mississippi
- SHV – Shreveport, Louisiana
- STL – St. Louis, Missouri
Based on our current and upcoming project workload, we need to hire at least 6 additional Project Managers by the end of this year to ensure we have enough coverage for these projects and regions.
