Director of Data Management and Business Intelligence

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Data Management and Business Intelligence based in Canada.
This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape enterprise-wide data strategy, governance, architecture, and business intelligence in a complex, safety-critical environment.
You will establish trusted data foundations that help leaders and operational teams make better, faster decisions.
The role spans aviation operations, MRO, engineering, supply chain, finance, safety, quality, HR, commercial programs, and executive management.
You will lead the evolution of enterprise data platforms, with a strong focus on data quality, integration, security, and scalable BI.
You will also guide advanced analytics and AI initiatives, ensuring they are governed, measurable, and aligned with operational needs.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, you will build capabilities, develop talent, and drive enterprise adoption.
