About the role
At Cast AI, our People team plays a key role in our success. We’re a small, high-performing team working in a fast-growing SaaS company across multiple regions. As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us hire great people and build strong teams. You’ll work closely with leaders in Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing to support our growth.
Requirements:
Based in Europe, with 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech start-up environment.
Proven track record of hiring for both technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) and GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) on an international scale across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift and speed matters.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or similar platforms).
Familiarity with modern recruitment practices, including the use of AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
Solutions-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to push back and influence where needed.
Demonstrated commitment to attracting diverse talent and creating an inclusive hiring experience.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers across Tech and Go-to-Market functions to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruiting strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment across all stages, from job briefing to offer stage.
Leverage a variety of sourcing techniques and tools, including AI-powered recruitment solutions, to attract diverse, top-tier talent across EMEA, AMER, and APAC markets.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, coaching them on best practices, structured interviewing, and candidate experience.
Contribute to building scalable hiring processes and staying ahead of industry trends to keep our recruitment approach sharp and competitive.
