They're looking for a Product Designer with hands-on experience across both hard goods and soft goods to support their kitchenware category. This role covers the full design and development process, from concept through production-ready specs.

Position Summary
We are hiring a Textile Designer - Soft Home to join our design team, supporting the development of trend-right, commercially driven soft home products for major U.S. retailers and licensed brands. This role focuses on print, pattern, color, and textile-driven design across multiple soft home categories. This is a remote position requiring strong execution and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Create print, pattern, and textile designs for bedding, pillows, throws, bath, and related soft home products.
Conduct trend research across home, fashion, and lifestyle categories.
Develop seasonal and everyday color palettes and pattern stories.
Create CAD artwork, repeats, placements, and colorways.
Leverage AI tools for ideation and pattern exploration.
Prepare design presentations for internal and customer reviews.
Collaborate with Creative, Product Development, Sales, and Licensing teams.
Assist with sample revisions, strike-offs, lab dips, and approvals.
Communicate with overseas factories regarding artwork execution.
Manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
Requirements (Must-Have)
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in soft home textile design.
Strong portfolio of print, pattern, and color work.
Experience working with U.S. retailers strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Understanding of textile production processes.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong English communication skills.
Technical Skills (Required)
