JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ACA Insurance Agent will specialize in assisting individual consumers with their health insurance needs, focusing primarily on policy sales through phone-based interactions. This role operates within a sales team, targeting the individual consumer market with no travel requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct policy sales targeting individual consumers
Utilize phone sales channels to initiate and close insurance coverage agreements
Provide clear and detailed information regarding ACA insurance plans
Collaborate effectively as part of a sales team
maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all client interactions and documentation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years of experience in insurance sales
Health Insurance License (ACA Certified)
FFM 2026 certification
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
AVAILABILITY: Full-time, 9am to 6pm Eastern time
COMPENSATION:
$60K - $120K/yr
