Adobe Target Developer (Senior, LATAM)

We are hiring a certified Adobe Target developer to support our Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) practice. This is a hands-on engineering role responsible for implementing, administering and supporting Target for enterprise clients.
What we need
Current Adobe Target certification.
Hands-on experience implementing and administering Target in production.
Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS and browser debugging skills.
Experience building A/B tests, personalized experiences, audiences and reporting.
Familiarity with AEP, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Tags and Web SDK is a plus. English strong enough to speak directly with clients is preferred.
What we expect
You own your work from setup through launch and ongoing support. You test thoroughly, document your implementation, communicate progress and raise issues early. You will be the team’s Target subject matter expert, helping architects and engineers make sound implementation decisions.
What you will do
Set up and configure Target implementations.
Manage platform access, environments, activities and audiences.
Develop and launch tests and personalized web experiences.
Work with the AEP team to connect audiences and validate delivery.
Troubleshoot implementation, experience and measurement issues.
Report on Target usage, activity performance and opportunities to improve.
