Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for an HBP Title/Due Diligence Landman with experience running and examining title in the Mid-Con and Permian basins. The Landman will be responsible for conducting due diligence, reviewing and preparing title documentation, ensuring proper leasehold ownership, interpreting property and asset information, and resolving title issues related to oil and gas properties. Additional responsibilities include conducting mineral ownership research, analyzing historical records, and collaborating with team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of Permian HBP Title examination experience.
Extensive experience and knowledge of BLM, State and Fee laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment.
