Our client delivers integrated smart intercom, access control, and IoT smart-home solutions by combining hardware and software expertise. The company prioritizes long-term partner collaboration to drive sustainable business growth. To further unlock regional business potential, our client is looking for an experienced Country Manager. In this role, you will take full ownership of the local end-to-end business, shape market strategies, drive sales targets, lead local teams, manage channel partners, and ensure compliant field-level operations.
Responsibilities
Lead market development in Vietnam, identify new growth opportunities, and formulate tailored market-expansion strategies.
Establish annual and quarterly business and sales targets, and monitor execution to achieve regional sales KPIs.
Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to refine go-to-market and sales strategies for continuous performance improvement.
Manage local sales and technical teams, deliver capability training, design performance incentive frameworks, and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
Develop and maintain sales channels and key client relationships for the product portfolio, expanding local resources to support market penetration and revenue growth.
Oversee regional business compliance, daily operations, and expense control, collaborating closely with global headquarters to sustain steady business performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the Vietnam market, with a proven background in the smart intercom, smart security, or IoT/smart-home industry (Required).
Minimum 3 years of people management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and cross-functional planning capabilities.
Professional working proficiency in both Chinese and Vietnamese to facilitate seamless communication between local teams and the global headquarters.
Deep understanding of local business culture and customs in Vietnam, with a proven ability to adapt quickly to the local working environment.
Candidates currently residing in Ho Chi Minh City/Hanoi, or those fully open to relocation, are highly preferred.
