Job brief
Our client offers comprehensive smart security and intercom product suites for diverse building-related scenarios. The company emphasizes localized operations to adapt solutions and go-to-market approaches to varied business environments. To scale up regional business performance and establish stable local operations, our client is hiring a Country Manager for Egypt. You will formulate market strategies, lead local sales teams, cultivate partner ecosystems, and take charge of full-scope, regional revenue-driven operations.
Responsibilities
Drive market development in Egypt, unlock new revenue opportunities, design tailored market-expansion strategies, and define annual and quarterly sales plans.
Track strategy implementation and deliver sales KPIs while analyzing local market dynamics, the competitor landscape, and the regulatory environment to optimize business results.
Lead the local sales team by conducting business and skill training, establishing incentive mechanisms, and inspiring team performance.
Develop and maintain local sales channels and key customer accounts, expanding cooperation resources to support market expansion and revenue delivery.
Manage regional business compliance, daily operations, and expense budgets, aligning and cooperating with global headquarters for sustainable business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 5 years of working experience within the Egyptian market, with hands-on experience in the smart security, intercom, or IoT industry.
Minimum 3 years of team management experience, demonstrating outstanding leadership and strategic planning competence.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to facilitate smooth communication with our global HQ. Additionally, candidates with Arabic language skills will be highly preferred.
Good awareness of local culture and customs in Egypt, with a proven ability to adapt rapidly to the local working environment.
