About The Role
Aquent Studios is seeking a Production Designer, Social Creative to join our team supporting Qualcomm. They will develop visually distinctive, social-first creative across Qualcomm’s portfolio of brands, including Snapdragon and emerging growth businesses. Partnering closely with a Senior Copywriter and reporting to the Managing Creative Director, this role transforms social strategies and creative briefs into platform-native concepts, content systems, and campaigns that drive engagement and cultural relevance. A strong conceptual thinker and hands-on creative, the ideal candidate combines exceptional visual craft with deep knowledge of social platforms, creator culture, and emerging content formats.
What You’ll Do
Partner with a Senior Copywriter to create social-first concepts, content platforms, and campaign activations.
Translate audience insights and social strategies into compelling visual ideas and platform-native creative.
Develop scalable design systems, content frameworks, and visual storytelling approaches across formats and channels.
Create and guide social content spanning design, motion, video, creator-led, and emerging formats.
Collaborate with creators, agency partners, production teams, and cross-functional marketing stakeholders to deliver high-quality work.
Bring ideas to life through production design, graphics, storyboards, and creative execution while maintaining a high standard of craft and innovation.
Who You Are
Experienced in developing social-first creative for modern platforms and evolving content ecosystems.
Strong conceptual thinker with exceptional design and production design skills.
Deep understanding of visual culture, creator communities, and platform behaviors.
Skilled across multiple content formats, including motion, video, design, and creator content.
Thrives in collaborative environments and can balance multiple brands, audiences, and priorities.
