Technical Writer

The role would require the following:
Product Documentation - Operator Manuals, Technical & Maintenance Manuals, User guides, Service Bulletins, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc.
Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM).
E-learning - Interactive, Animated, Video-based Content & Computer-Based Training (CBT) Modules.
Key Responsibilities
Manage technical documentation activities of multiple projects and ensure that it meets the applicable standards, quality requirements, and are appropriate for their intended audience.
Validate technical manuals and documents for standard and new product variants by ensuring consistency and quality.
Work with internal teams and stakeholders to understand the product and its documentation requirements.
Identifying the KPIs for the team and guiding them to achieve the desired results.
Develop new documentation ideas and implementation of user-friendly and interactive training content and tools for end users.
Planning and implementing short and long-term improvement plans for documents and content prepared by scheduling reviews with relevant stakeholders.
