Motion Graphic Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Motion Graphic Designer with strong skills in videos and animation. Also 3D rendering, texturing, and animation, as well as experience in creating concept-based AI videos from scripts. You will be responsible for bringing our brand, products, and ideas to life through engaging visual storytelling across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for marketing, social media, product showcases, and other digital content.
Create realistic 3D renders and textures of products, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and visual standards.
Develop and animate 3D models, product simulations, and interactive visual content.
Translate creative briefs and scripts into AI-generated video concepts, using tools like Runway, Pika, or similar.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align visual storytelling with campaign goals.
Ensure all motion content meets production standards and is optimized for various digital formats and platforms.
Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design, 3D, and AI video tools and techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D/3D animation, product renders, and motion graphics.
Proficiency in tools such as:
After Effects, Premiere Pro
Keyshot, MidJourney
Substance Painter / Adobe Substance 3D for texturing
Photoshop, Illustrator
Familiarity with AI video generation tools (e.g., Runway ML, Mid Journey , or similar).
Strong understanding of animation principles, lighting, and camera work in a 3D environment.
Ability to conceptualise and execute motion pieces from script to final output.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with video compositing and VFX.
Background in visual storytelling, branding, or advertising.
Knowledge of sound design basics for video is a plus.
