Product Coordinator

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Product Coordinator at SY Talento. The Product Coordinator will support product managers with organizing and tracking product initiatives, maintaining product documentation, and updating internal systems and tools. This role involves coordinating timelines, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and ensuring tasks are completed according to plan. The Product Coordinator will monitor product performance metrics, prepare reports, and assist with customer feedback collection to inform product improvements. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in virtual meetings, and helping streamline processes to support efficient product delivery.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track product performance, and support decision-making.
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with teams and handle stakeholder or client inquiries.
Foundational Product Management knowledge to assist with product planning, documentation, and lifecycle coordination.
Solid Project Management abilities to organize tasks, manage timelines, and support cross-functional initiatives.
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software, virtual communication platforms).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
Previous experience in a coordinator, product support, or operations role is beneficial.
Relevant education or training in business, management, or a related field is an advantage but not strictly required.
