Role Description The Operation Intern will support daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the real estate marketplace platform. This internship role is on-site and based in Bhopal, where the intern will assist with coordinating internal workflows, tracking ongoing projects, and helping maintain process documentation. Responsibilities include collecting and organizing data, preparing basic reports, assisting with communication between operations and sales teams, and supporting the implementation of operational improvements. The intern may also help resolve simple partner or customer queries, follow up on pending tasks, and contribute ideas to optimize efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Interest or foundational experience in operations management and project management.
Basic understanding of sales processes and willingness to collaborate with sales teams.
Proficiency in standard productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documentation software).
Ability to work on-site in Bhopal and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
Curiosity about real estate and technology; prior internship or project experience is an advantage but not required.
