Are you an SAP HCM expert with extensive experience in Payroll and SAP S/4HANA? This opportunity is for you!
We are looking for a SAP HCM Consultant to join a high-impact global team, supporting and enhancing critical Human Resources and Payroll processes within a SAP S/4HANA environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support and maintenance for SAP HCM modules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and optimize SAP HCM solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Manage corrective and enhancement changes within the SAP ecosystem.
Configure and maintain complex payroll processes.
Administer and optimize SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) on SAP S/4HANA.
Analyze risks, impacts, and integrations with other SAP modules and external systems.
Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Support daily operations and ensure business continuity.
🔐 Technical Skills
SAP HCM (7+ Years of Experience)
Strong hands-on experience with:
SAP HCM ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA
Payroll (Gross-to-Net, Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, Off-Cycle Processing)
Time Management & Time Sheet
Personnel Administration (PA)
Organizational Management (OM)
Benefits & Garnishments (BN)
GL Posting
SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC)
Payment configuration using DMEE, DMEEX, and PMW
Payroll tax configuration (preferably US Payroll Taxes)
Hire-to-Retire process integration
✅ Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced English communication skills (mandatory).
Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.
