Role Overview
Clicksoft Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Manager – U.S. Staffing based in Bengaluru to manage and grow relationships with Systems Integrators, MSP/VMS programs, mid-sized companies, and direct enterprise clients across the United States.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing U.S. staffing accounts, working with recruiting and delivery teams, increasing requisition flow, improving placement ratios, and expanding existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow Systems Integrator, MSP/VMS, mid-market, and direct-client accounts in the U.S.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, MSP program managers, procurement, talent acquisition, and vendor-management teams.
Manage the complete staffing lifecycle: requirements, submissions, interviews, offers, onboarding, placements, extensions, and consultant management.
Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure quality and timely candidate submissions.
Increase requisition flow, interviews, placements, revenue, and gross margin across assigned accounts.
Expand existing accounts by developing relationships with additional hiring managers, departments, and business units.
Manage VMS/MSP processes, SLAs, scorecards, rate cards, compliance requirements, and supplier performance.
Develop opportunities with new Systems Integrators and mid-sized U.S. clients.
Conduct regular client follow-ups and account reviews.
Track account pipeline, requirements, submissions, placements, extensions, and revenue.
Identify opportunities across contract staffing, contract-to-hire, direct hire, payrolling, EOR, and SOW/project-based services.
Coordinate closely with recruiting, HR, compliance, operations, and leadership teams.
Required Experience
5+ years of U.S. staffing experience, preferably in Account Management or Client Services.
Proven experience managing Systems Integrators and MSP/VMS staffing accounts.
Experience handling mid-sized and direct U.S. clients.
Strong understanding of W2, C2C, contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing.
Strong knowledge of the U.S. staffing lifecycle and VMS/MSP processes.
Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and requirements.
Strong communication, negotiation, client-management, and account-growth skills.
Must be comfortable working U.S. business hours from Bengaluru, India.
Preferred Profile
Preference will be given to candidates who already have established relationships with U.S. Systems Integrators, MSP/VMS programs, and mid-sized/direct clients and can bring strong account-management and account-expansion capabilities.
This is an account ownership and growth role, not just requirement coordination. The Account Manager will be expected to increase client engagement, generate additional requirements, improve placement performance, and contribute directly to the growth of Clicksoft Solutions' U.S. staffing business.
Compensation
₹10 LPA+, based on experience, skills, and relevant industry background.
