US IT Recruiter

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and result-driven US IT Recruiter with 1 to 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified IT professionals across various clients in the United States. You will handle the full recruitment life cycle and build strong candidate pipelines for niche technology roles.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for US clients, from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize US job portals (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) and Boolean search techniques to source active and passive talent.
Candidate Screening & Assessment: Evaluate candidates on technical skills, communication, salary expectations, cultural fit, and availability.
Visa & Tax Terms Handling: Hands-on experience working with various tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp / C2C) and US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H-1B, OPT/CPT, TN Visa).
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate client interviews, prep candidates before interviews, and gather post-interview feedback.
Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Negotiate competitive pay rates/salaries and ensure seamless post-offer engagement to prevent drop-outs.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Account Managers and Client Managers to understand critical tech requirements and urgency.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 5+ years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.
