Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven acquisition campaigns across digital channels. This role involves managing paid media campaigns (e.g., search, social, display, programmatic), analyzing performance data, and translating insights into actionable strategy to improve ROAS, CAC, and LTV. The Performance Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal team members to align campaign execution with broader growth and financial objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and testing audience segments, managing budgets and bids, developing creative and landing page briefs, overseeing tracking and attribution, and preparing clear performance reports and recommendations. The role also requires staying current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic, with a focus on optimizing ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), data visualization, A/B testing, and attribution modeling.
Experience managing budgets, forecasting performance, and aligning campaign strategies with financial and P&L objectives.
Knowledge of CPG marketing dynamics, eCommerce platforms, and multi-channel growth strategies is highly beneficial.
Ability to develop clear briefs for creative and landing pages, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate complex performance insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, client-facing environment with strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in an agency, consultancy, or high-growth brand environment is a plus.
