About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Product Manager to help drive the delivery of digital products, including web applications, customer portals, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms.
This position is ideal for experienced Business Analysts, Product Owners, Systems Analysts, or Quality Engineers who are looking to expand their product management expertise. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, customers, UX designers, engineers, and QA teams to define solutions, prioritize features, and guide products from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business goals, customer needs, and product opportunities.
Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements.
Translate requirements into clear user stories and testable acceptance criteria.
Identify risks, dependencies, edge cases, and gaps before development begins.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, QA, Compliance, Legal, and business teams to define optimal solutions.
Support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, release planning, and roadmap discussions.
Partner with development teams throughout refinement, development, testing, launch, and adoption.
Measure product outcomes and recommend continuous improvements.
Balance customer value, business objectives, and technical feasibility when making product decisions.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Quality Engineer, or similar role.
Experience working on digital products, including web applications, customer portals, mobile applications, or SaaS platforms.
Strong experience leading requirements discovery and stakeholder workshops.
Proven experience writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience participating in technical discussions with architects and software developers.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in QA, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering.
Experience supporting roadmap planning and product strategy initiatives.
Familiarity with product metrics, feature adoption analysis, and continuous improvement practices.
Understanding of customer journey mapping and user-centered design principles.
