Territory Sales Manager – Pacific Northwest

Position Summary
This position is responsible for sales within the Pacific Northwest Area; to include Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. Travel will be required within this area. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. This role will target all the following segments: Distribution, Contractors, Builders (Regional, National, Custom, & Multi-family), Architects, and Designers.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop a strategy to expand and achieve sales goals for the specified region
· Collaborate with architects, designers, and builders to secure product specifications
· Set and host training courses with Distribution, Architects, General Contractors, Masons
· Work with distribution partner to create demand, track projects, and pull through sales
· Establish and maintain positive customer relations
· Participate in local building, architectural, and stone-associated trade associations.
· Complete required sales reports and forecasts on time
· Utilize CRM to manage the company customer database
· Ensure distribution channel has ample support, training, marketing collateral, up-to-date displays, etc.
Required Qualifications
· Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
· Experience in driving sales through distribution channels
· Product Knowledge and Demonstrations experience
· Self-motivated with ability to work independently to meet sales targets
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Experienced in presenting a CEU program to the architectural community
· Proficiency with Microsoft programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree preferred
· 2-5 years of experience
· Knowledge of the construction industry
· Experience with CRM software
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
· Lift and transport items up to 50 pounds
· Must be available and willing to travel throughout the assigned sales territory
· Complete repetitive movements such as typing
· Work around dust, chemicals, and various environmental conditions
· Wear all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): hard hat, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, vest
Compensation & Benefits
• The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications
• Biannual Bonus Program with a potential of 30% of base salary
