With over 1 million downloads across iOS and Android, CanPR has helped thousands of immigrants successfully obtain PR or visa status through reliable information and tools. The team is focused on delivering personalized, user-centered solutions that simplify complex immigration pathways.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Sales role based in Delhi, India. The Immigration Sales professional will engage prospective users and clients, explain CanPR’s services and immigration-related offerings, and guide them through available options based on their profiles and goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries via email or messaging platforms, conducting consultations to understand user needs, and converting qualified leads into paying customers. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on leads, coordinating with immigration consultants and internal teams, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience. The professional will also participate in sales campaigns, provide feedback on user needs, and support training or knowledge-sharing to improve overall sales performance.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills for clear, empathetic, and professional interaction with diverse clients.
Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, address concerns, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Focus on reaching monthly targets
Proven Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in Training or Sales Management to support team development and contribute to sales processes.
Prior experience in immigration services, education consulting, or related domains is an advantage.
Comfort working with CRM systems, online communication tools, and basic office software.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; business, marketing, or related fields preferred.
