Job Title: CAD / R&D Process Improvement Engineer
Location: Remote
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Engineer with medical device industry experience to improve CAD, PLM, and engineering workflows. The candidate should have hands-on experience working with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, or Production teams.
This is an engineering/process improvement role, not an IT, Project Manager, Scrum Master, or System Administrator role.
Key Responsibilities
Improve CAD, PLM, and engineering workflows and processes.
Work with Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to identify process issues.
Analyze workflows and implement practical improvements.
Support CAD integrations and engineering tools.
Understand the product development lifecycle from design to production.
Identify inefficiencies and improve engineering productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
Troubleshoot complex workflow and integration challenges.
Required Skills
Medical device experience – REQUIRED
Engineering or related technical degree/experience.
Hands-on experience with SolidWorks, Creo, NX, or similar CAD tools.
Experience with CAD integrations and engineering workflows.
Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to drive process improvement.
