About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time IT & Operations Support Analyst to provide technical support, maintain IT assets, and assist with day-to-day IT operations.
This entry-level opportunity is ideal for students, recent graduates, or professionals with 1–2 years of experience who are looking to grow their career in IT support and operations while working on an international team.
What We're Looking For
Must-have skills:
Bachelor's degree or current studies in Software and Application Development, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT support or a related area.
Experience providing technical support and maintenance for IT equipment.
Experience providing end-user support.
Knowledge of network infrastructure and telecommunications.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Strong proactivity, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience configuring or supporting Linux servers.
Knowledge of macOS.
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity.
Experience with IT documentation and reporting.
Knowledge of FortiGate firewalls.
