Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth. Daily activities include conducting market and audience research, managing paid campaigns (such as search, social, and display), and monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and content teams to align messaging, define target segments, and refine campaign strategies. The Performance Marketing Executive will continuously test and improve creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to meet client and business objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills for designing, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze competitors, audiences, and trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills to collaborate with internal teams, present campaign results, and support revenue-focused initiatives.
Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), web analytics tools, and performance tracking dashboards is highly beneficial.
Ability to interpret data, manage budgets, meet deadlines, and work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment in Bhubaneswar.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience in performance or digital marketing.
