About Debut
Debut is an early-stage startup building a better way for ambitious companies to discover and hire great talent.
We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Intern to help us grow the Debut brand across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other channels.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll work directly with the founder and help turn ideas, conversations, and raw content into posts people actually want to watch and engage with.
What you’ll do
Edit short-form videos and clips
Write captions, hooks, and social posts
Repurpose content across platforms
Research trends, creators, and content ideas
Help brainstorm new content formats and series
Track what performs and help us improve over time
Support general brand and growth experiments
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need years of experience. We care more about creativity, taste, speed, and initiative.
You should be comfortable with social media, understand what makes content engaging, and be willing to learn quickly. Experience with tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms is a plus, but not required.
If you’re interested in startups, content, marketing, or building a brand from the ground up, this should be a fun opportunity to get real experience and ownership.
Details: Part-time, flexible, unpaid internship. Austin preferred, remote considered.
