SAP RTR Lead - S/4 HANA Finance

Position Summary
Role details:
Start and duration: start immediately, long-term role with initial SOW duration of 3 months,
Working hours: with U.S. Eastern Time overlap till 1pm, could be extended during cutover/deployment or depending on criticality
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the offshore SAP RTR functional team, including work allocation, coverage, deliverable reviews, risks, and escalations.
Provide functional leadership across General Ledger, AR, AP integration, Asset Accounting, FSCM, Bank Accounting, EBS, Cash Application, Retail Accounting, Intercompany, Financial Close, Tax and E-invoicing.
Lead requirements, solution design, configuration, functional specifications, SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, change management and transition to AMS.
Coordinate integrations involving OTC, ecom SFCC OMS, retail POS, Vertex, banking platforms, EDI, MFT, Workday, SAP DRC e-invoicing, external reporting solutions and other retail finance integrations.
Partner with Finance Controls, Retail Accounting, Tax, Treasury, AP, AR, Internal Controls, AMS, and technical teams.
The ideal candidate should have:
At least 7 years of SAP Finance experience.
At least 3 years of experience working as a lead.
Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience supporting global Finance operations across regions and time zones.
