About RimePro
RimePro is a staffing and recruiting firm that connects skilled professionals with companies in the manufacturing and construction industries. We build long-term partnerships with our clients by delivering quality talent quickly, and we're growing our recruiting team to keep up with demand.
The Role
We're looking for a driven Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience recruiting in manufacturing and/or construction. You'll own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer and placement, for roles ranging from skilled trades and field personnel to project management, engineering, and leadership positions. This is a fully remote role for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and construction roles, including skilled trades, superintendents, project managers, estimators, engineers, plant and production staff, and operations leadership
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks, and direct outreach, with a focus on passive talent
Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, certifications, and culture alignment
Partner with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and site-specific details
Prepare and present candidate submittals that clearly summarize qualifications and fit
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates and clients informed throughout the process
Negotiate offers and manage the candidate through acceptance and start date
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM/ATS (HubSpot)
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for recurring and future openings
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals for submittals, interviews, and placements
What You Bring
2+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing and/or construction (agency or staffing experience strongly preferred)
Working knowledge of industry roles, terminology, and common certifications (e.g., OSHA, trade licenses, PE, LEED)
Proven ability to source and engage hard-to-find and passive candidates
Track record of meeting placement or activity goals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers
Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule in a remote setting
Experience with an ATS or CRM
A reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting for MEP, general contractors, or specialty subcontractors
Familiarity with both direct-hire and contract staffing
Existing network of candidates in the manufacturing or construction space
