We are seeking a seasoned cost controller to oversee and enhance cost management practices across a diverse portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial transparency, governance, and strategic insights that support informed decision-making.
Drive consistent and transparent cost control processes across all projects and programs.
Strengthen governance and contract oversight through risk reflection and financial alignment.
Champion digital transformation by implementing scalable tools and ensuring data integrity.
Provide strategic cost insights and reporting to senior stakeholders.
Support portfolio-level change management and maintain alignment across controls disciplines.
Promote continuous improvement through process refinement and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting and cost modelling capabilities.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.
Proven experience in cost control functions within large-scale portfolios or infrastructure programs.
Deep understanding of cost management practices including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Strong capability in contract management, risk reflection, and financial governance.
Proficiency in digital tools such as PPM systems, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex cost data and deliver actionable insights.
Experience in driving process improvement, automation, and standardisation.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to coach and develop team members to build commercial and technical capability.
