Job Title: Tech Lead - Go + Python
Location: Remote / Guadalajara, Mexico (Candidates can be located anywhere in Mexico)
Job Description
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Go
Strong hands-on experience with Python
Strong experience with DynamoDB Streams and AWS Lambda
Strong hands-on experience with Argo CD and Helm
Experience with CI/CD tools (CircleCI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions)
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Experience with observability tools such as New Relic
Preferred Skills
TypeScript
Kafka, Amazon SNS, Amazon SQS
Kafka Schema Registry and Topic Governance
AWS Architecture Best Practices
New Relic or Splunk for EKS Service Observability
Experience Required
6+ years of backend/cloud engineering experience
3+ years in a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer role
Experience leading end-to-end delivery of cloud-native solutions on AWS
Candidate must have excellent English communication skills.
Candidate must be highly proactive and self-driven, as this is a closely monitored client project.
