Insurance Defense Senior Attorney

Resnick & Louis, P.C. is a renowned national defense firm seeking to expand our roster of highly skilled, senior-level lawyers to meet the demands of our corporate partners and client base. We work with over 100 domestic and foreign insurance companies, manage general agents, and support dozens of regional and national self-insured corporations.
We offer signing bonuses of up to $25,000, depending on your experience, skills, responsibilities, and trial abilities. You will receive 50% of the signing bonus with your first paycheck and the remaining 50% on your six-month full-time work anniversary. Signing bonuses range from $10,000 to $25,000.

If you are independent, you will serve as lead counsel in the day-to-day management of your cases and are expected to be actively involved.
The ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following defense areas: bodily injury, construction defect, professional liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, environmental, general liability, transportation, employment. However, we are open to interviewing noninsurance defense lawyers with a strong plaintiff personal injury background or commercial lawyers with excellent litigation experience.
Qualifications and Compensation:
Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with at least 2 years in Nevada. Salaries and total compensation packages are discussed during interviews.
