Medical Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Medical Assistant to support a healthcare practice with the preparation of chiropractic reports according to the doctor's requirements.
This is a freelance opportunity open exclusively to candidates located in Latin America (LATAM).
Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare chiropractic reports based on the doctor's instructions and requirements.
Ensure reports are accurate, complete, well-organized, and professionally written.
Review information carefully and incorporate the required medical terminology and clinical details.
Follow established guidelines, templates, and documentation standards.
Make revisions or updates to reports as requested by the doctor.
Maintain confidentiality when handling patient and medical information.
Adapt to the practice's processes, tools, and documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
Excellent English, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Easily trainable and willing to learn new processes and systems.
Adaptable and able to follow specific instructions and feedback.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in a medical or healthcare environment is preferred.
